Single-use Retail Bag Program Survey for SAO's

Since the Single-use Retail Bag Program (Program) came into effect on January 15, 2010, all Northwest Territories grocery stores have been required to charge customers 25¢ for each single-use retail bag at the check-out. At this time, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources is evaluating the impact of the Program, and is seeking feedback from Senior Administrative Officers, landfill managers/foremen, sewage lagoon operators, and/or any other community government staff that work in areas where a change in bag litter may be detectable. Your answers to the following questions are greatly appreciated.
