December has traditionally been one of the most dangerous months of the year for fatal fires. Take part in the “12 Days of Holiday Fire Safety” and support a fire-safe December!
The Accountability Framework for Community Governments defines a way to document and report on the provision of municipal governance, programs and services. The Framework provides community governments with an important tool for monitoring the performance of their organizations while also providing MACA with a mechanism to monitor the performance of individual communities.
Two funding opportunities have been added to the Funding Programs page: Status of Women - Call for Proposals for projects that address violence against women and girls, and NWT Literacy - Hosting a Financial Literacy Workshop.
Deadlines: Status of Women - December 1, 2013, NWT Literacy - June 2014
