Put on by LGMA (Local Government Management Association) and CAMA (Canadian Association of Municipal in partnership with Paragon Strategic Services and Jan Enns Communications, this course is intended for CAOs, elected officials, and those tasked with managing the planning process. The course addresses how to prepare for strategic planning, how to engage Council, staff and key stakeholders, and how to arrive at consensus on the key organizational priorities.
